Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, mis-printed items or damaged items and let us know within 30 days of having received the item.
If any of these apply, please contact us at support@catloveco.com with photos of the wrong/mis-printed/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you by sending you a new one or issuing a refund.
What’s your return policy?
As a print-on-demand company, we create each item uniquely for you.
Therefore, we don’t offer returns and exchanges unless there’s something wrong with your order in which case please let us know immediately by contacting us at support@happilygift.com.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer "change-of-mind" exchanges as each item is made to order for you.
